Jeffrey brings more than a decade of experience in real estate, asset management, and affordable housing, most recently managing a national portfolio at Hudson Valley Property Group.Most recently Jeffrey was a Senior Asset Manager with Hudson Valley Property Group, a national affordable housing firm, and previous to that Vice President, Asset Management, for the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Jeffrey began his career working for the City of Albany, NY as an asset manager at the Albany Housing Authority and a senior project manager for buildings and regulatory compliance.His proven track record in development, compliance, and financial performance will be instrumental as CHI continues to expand housing opportunities across our communities.Jeffrey will work directly work with me and our leadership team on overseeing and growing our housing development portfolio.Jeffrey has a bachelor’s in business management & administration from Iona University and has earned professional development education from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate in Real Estate Finance and Investment. Jeffrey played Division I football with Iona and lives with his family (wife and two young children) in White Plains.
