Melanie Rowe joined Community Housing Innovations in November 2018. Melanie came to CHI with over 20 years of experience in data analysis, human resources, organizational development, training, and customer service. Ms. Rowe holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University and earned her Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional credentials in 2020.

As the Assistant Director of Program Analytics, Ms. Rowe works at every level of the organization to ensure Community Housing Innovations exceeds agency standards.
