Director of Homeownership and Housing Retention
Ms. Kilpatrick joined Community Housing Innovations in September 2019, prior to joining CHI she worked in the Banking Industry for 14 years in various leadership positions. As the Director of Homeownership, she oversees the Homeownership & Housing Retention departments. She is responsible for all aspects of the First Time Homebuyer Grant Program, Foreclosure Prevention Program, Eviction Protection Services, and the Financial Literacy Program.
Ms. Kilpatrick holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management both from Nyack College. She holds certifications in Financial Capacity, Rental Counseling, Pre-Purchase Counseling, Foreclosure Counseling as well as the HUD Counselors Certification.
Ms. Kilpatrick is an active member of Women’s Home & Overseas Missionary Society.
