CHI provides counseling and education for renters in Westchester County who are facing eviction. Our Housing Retention Counselors are trained professionals who understand the eviction process and are here to help you remain in your home.
Who Can Apply
This program is available to income-eligible Westchester County residents who are involved in a covered eviction proceeding.
- Residential tenant or occupant in Westchester County
- Involved in covered eviction proceeding
- Household income at or below 60% AMI
- Personalized support and essential services
We offer personalized support and connect clients to essential services that promote long-term housing stability. You may qualify for assistance if you are a residential tenant or occupant in Westchester County and your household income is at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
