Transitional Housing

With support of local Department of Social Services and NYS OTDA, CHI houses families and singles who are in need, with transitional housing every night in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Dutchess and Orange Counties.

If you are currently homeless and in need of assistance, please call/contact your local Department of Social Services for a referral.
