Nearly 100 people attended a homebuyer seminar on May 14th introducing the most energy-efficient new residence in White Plains. Prices range from $240,000 to $305,000 for the one and two-bedroom condominiums. Grants of up to $30,000 each are available to qualified buyers. Occupancy is expected in July. Don't wait to apply.
